What is missing if employees do not learn by themselves?
Employees often do not learn by themselves because certain prerequisites for a successful know-how transfer are missing. easyLEARN, the learning process support program, supplements the elements that have been missing so far and thus makes existing content self-learnable.
80% of the journey to a functioning know-how transfer were completed when the knowledge was recorded.
So what are the missing 20% to provide knowledge in concepts, guidelines, instructions, presentations, process descriptions, and so on in a self-learnable form?
The missing 20% consist of the following decisive aspects:
The purpose of the additional window is to plan trainings, track the progress, accompany the learners, and communicate with other training participants and teachers.Web 2.0 / WIKI: If users have the relevant authorizations, they can input their knowledge as new entries in the search engine and create learning recipes with questions and exercises easily in a basket.
The difference between the know-how transfer system easyLEARN and a regular database or CMS is that it comprises learning paths as well as planning and control of the learning process. Their content thus becomes accessible or self-learnable to people who are not familiar with the subject and the content is actually learnt.
